MR Credit
REGIONAL MATERIALS USGBC considers manufacturing as the final assembly of components into the building that is furnished or installed by the fabricator. If the fabricator is located within 500 miles of the project site, our product can contribute to the regional materials calculation.
EQ Credit
EMITTING MATERIALS ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS Swan’s products are installed with adhesives and sealants that comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District Regulation 8, Rule 51.

Renewable Strength
As the most durable solid surface material on the market today- ten times stronger than competitors and heat resistant up to 450°F, Swanstone® can be easily renewed and repaired if damaged.
Swanstone® is also certified under the NSF/ANSI 51 standard, which serves to establish minimum health and sanitation requirements based on FDA regulations for any materials and finishes of food equipment. This includes the testing of the surface cleanability and corrosion resistance. Swanstone® products are a breeze to clean and sanitize, and are safe to use with harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, even with prolonged exposure.
