ADA requires specific design elements for public buildings and commercial settings. Showers have specific requirements, such as barrier-free entry, clear space inside showers (transfer: 36" x 36" and roll-in 60" x 30"), and specific ADA accessories installed for safety.
According to ADA guidelines, vanities and sinks must have enough knee/toe clearance, as well as meet specific width and height requirements.

These smooth wall, 4-PC molded sectional tub showers come with factory-installed grab bars for safety, with an optional removable seat available.
While these units are ADA-compliant when properly equipped and installed, and are FHA-compliant, we don't recommend them for high-traffic commercial applications. However, they are perfect for residential or multi-family housing projects.
